I have been staying there for years for medical travel. ALL staff is aware of accomodations that are needed. I was told my room was assigned ( as it usually is) All of a sudden, this trip, I was give...I have been staying there for years for medical travel. I was told my room was assigned ( as it usually is) All of a sudden, this trip, I was given a room that did not accomodate ANY of the medical needs. Apparently, room assignments are * subject to change* all of a sudden. Even though I am assured that the manager or another staff, who's name i wont mention , will always make sure i am taken care of because ' I am family' They are VERY aware that if needs cant be met i need to be notified so other arrangements can be made. They did not do this. I was left with no alternatives, and could not get a room anywhere else due to a Hockey Tournament. To not respect the needs of someone that has been loyal; even during COVID, is not acceptable. Iis Just plain wrong.Show More

Stayed at the Radisson as this was the only hotel in town which had available conference rooms that week. The hotel was clean, staff were very pleasant and willing to help and the bed was very comfort...Stayed at the Radisson as this was the only hotel in town which had available conference rooms that week. The hotel was clean, staff were very pleasant and willing to help and the bed was very comfortable. But, compared to other Radisson hotels this was disappointing - house-keeping missed making up my room 1 in 4 days and a colleague 2 in 4 days, no laundry service (theirs is self-service, which doesn't work if you are on a busy schedule), hotel interior is dated and tired, and breakfast was very average (I've eaten better in FIFO mine sites).Show More
