Breakfast was good. Nice selection of cereal, some fruit, selection of muffins, toast and condiments. Juice. Today, they had scrambled eggs, sausage and cubed potatoes.
My room was clean, and it had a comfy bed.
Overall a good experience. The staff that day were very pleasant. My dinner in the restaurant was good and the server was lovely.

Absolutely nothing everything part of this experiment was taxing and felt more like a job to have to ask for everything, Clean our own room when we got in, Have to spend 2 hours checking in because the staff was obviously untrained and uneducated on how to talk to customers let alone giving us false steps and requirements for the check in.

4/10 Good value with parking(downtown) and breakfast but pool was broken and very old facility
The room size is big and big TV. There is a microwave and a fridge. Everything worked in the room except for charging plug at the bed side. Coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. Breakfast was very basic but we appreciate it, adding the value. Parking is a plus considering it is a downtown but instruction was not good(some spot had a "hotel guest" sign but you can actually park anywhere).
