Check-in was quick, and the staff are very friendly. However, the cleanliness of the hotel is concerning, there is visible dust and debris in the public washrooms, on the rugs, bedrooms, hallways and around various fixtures in the hotel. I also noticed bugs on the washroom walls, and we saw cockroaches in our room last night. Many of us did not sleep well knowing there are unwanted roommates staying with us.Show More

I was in Sudbury to hisit my daughter. I have stayed at this location a few times. The room was average but comfortable. However it was in the basement. Lots of noise in the hallways at all hours until 3 AM!! Also it was next to the entrance to the hotel pool. The hallway and entrances to the hotel were not up to what a North American cleanliness standard. This hotel should get a visit from Hotels.com and Holiday Inn Head Office. Its not befitting the Holiday Inn name plate. It has become very trashy. I will not stay here again.Show More

I’ve visited this hotel for several years now and each visit adds more disappointment. From fowl smelling rooms to virtually non-existent wifi to being ignored by staff. Every time I’m here I have to...I’ve visited this hotel for several years now and each visit adds more disappointment. Every time I’m here I have to remind them I’d been here several times and remind them to add my rewards to the account. The front staff are generally too busy to say hello or good morning even with no customer to serve. Customer service no longer exists I guess. Shame.Show More

Room spacious , bed comfortable, and staff super friendly and kind . Complimentary breakfast on the weekend was excellent, and didn’t feel like the typical hotel breakfast experience.
