Staff was very efficient and professional at check-in but a bit gormless at departure (e.g., tried to explain that bedside bulb was out and front desk clerk seemed unable to comprehend that). Room seemed clean and reasonably up to date. Pillows were a bit rubbery. My room had dull view over a car dealer lot. No breakfast included. I stayed at a different airport hotel two other times. I liked that one better (although it was slightly more expensive). This BW property had a good rate on the night I did stay there. If I again needed a Calgary airport hotel and this property had a compelling rate, I would stay here again.Show More
