When I arrived, the receptionist handed me the key card without any communication—no greeting, no directions, and no explanation about how to get to our room. This lack of basic courtesy was surprising for a hotel of this reputation. Once we got to the room, it was extremely dusty. My daughter and I both have asthma, and the poor air quality made it difficult for us to breathe comfortably throughout our stay. This was not only unpleasant but also a serious health concern. Additionally, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the water drained very slowly. When I tried to take a shower, water pooled so badly that my legs were soaking in it. I called the reception desk to report these issues, but no one ever followed up or offered any help. At checkout, I informed the staff again about all these problems. Unfortunately, they didn’t acknowledge anything I said—no apology, no concern, not even a word. They simply handed me the bill. I found this incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. I chose Caesars expecting a high standard of hospitality and cleanliness, but sadly, this experience fell far below those expectations. Our room was beautiful in the Centaurian. You couldn’t sleep on the pillows. As soon as you put your head down they flattened to the mattress. It says free WiFi. We didn’t use the WIFI. We didn’t use the WIFI. We turned it off on our phones yet we were charged for WIFI when we checked out. They took that charge off. So be aware. At checkout we were charged an additional fee for each night we were there for a resort fee, taxes…, it’s an additional about $40 per night. We didn’t realize this. Room service never came to clean our room one day. I had to track her down the next day to make sure our rooms got serviced and she left a dirty towel on the floor. Gordon Ramsey Pub and Grill was delicious. We had pizza one night after the show Hook and it was fine. Not fine dining but good. We weren’t thrilled about breakfast so went to Ballys and Tropicana for breakfast. Overall, despite bad weather for the time we were there we’d go back to Caesar’s as long it was the Centaurian room. I refused to wait on line for another 45+ minutes so the solution was to share the second bed. I mentioned it to one of the attendants in the morning when I went to work. Giving them ample time 12+ hours to get the issues fixed which they were but had left the brown toilet water towels behind on the floor and in the shower which would mean neither were actually clean along with scraps of plastic and sealant. Once again didnt feel like waiting another 45 minutes + in order to tellthem to fix it. Luckily there are showers available where I work. The pool is accesible with a fee that varies by person. They charge by the chair to limit the number of people but make up the price as they go anywhere from 10$ to 100$+. Show More

The beds were acceptable, but I accidentally booked a smoking room and was informed that changing to a non-smoking room would incur a fee of $168. The overwhelming smell of smoke in the room was irritating and burned our eyes. Additionally, both the hallways and rooms had a consistently unpleasant odor, which contributed to a disappointing experience overall. When I requested new blankets, I was told that none were available. Despite this, I would not consider booking again, understanding that this may have just been a one-time poor experience.Show More
