Our stay was a major disappointment. The room was in very poor condition: the furniture looked chewed or badly worn, the paint was peeling, and the toilet seat was chipped and scraped. The room was in very poor condition: the furniture looked chewed or badly worn, the paint was peeling, and the toilet seat was chipped and scraped. There was mold in the shower, the vanity mirror was rusty, and the mattresses had ripped plastic showing. To make matters worse, the AC in our friends’ room wasn’t working at all. I shared photos with Marriott customer service and received only an apology and assurance that the issues would be “looked into.” For nearly $300 a night, this was an unacceptable experience.Show More
