The overall property was quite shady, with the building exteriors appearing rundown, including a dedicated police patrol during our visit. There is no visible security from what we seen, vehicles expo...The overall property was quite shady, with the building exteriors appearing rundown, including a dedicated police patrol during our visit. There is no visible security from what we seen, vehicles exposed to wandering individuals that could break into the vehicles with little to no resistance. The first room we were offered was a renovated smoker’s room. Most surfaces had an unknown residue, the microwave in the room having old food scraps and a discarded lid, while there was an ashtray in this room that was supposedly no longer a smoking room. The second room we were offered, started off with our two keys(not cards) not working, requiring the master key to even get in. When we did go in, things seemed acceptable until we lifted the cushions on the hide-a-bed, where there was food scraps that had not been cleaned at all. The staff were very polite, and apologetic however we did not get a refund, and ended up staying in another hotel. Show More

The room was run down and dirty. There was apparent residence that stayed up all night partying outside our room, sitting and eating off our car, while we were in the car. We would lose half the power in the room when brewing a pot of coffee. It took well over an hour for us to get power back because the breaker room was locked and nobody knew where the key was. We were woken up first thing in the morning by a chamber maid in our room asking if we needed anything, we were SLEEPING. Show More

Just 2 or 3 paper cups. That was not what was told on the website. The only sink was blocked and water wouldnt go down from that. This was so bad from their part.Show More
