Overall it served a purpose but certainly not a "deal". We paid $ 520 for two nites. That did not include breakfast. That would have cost an additional $ 30 each for two of the mornings .... That would have cost an additional $ 30 each for two of the mornings .... So and extra $120 for two of us for two days. We got the room we booked (a single queen bed) but it was an extremely small room. Could not even open our luggage and still move around. We contacted the front desk to see if something else might be available but they were fully booked. On the first morning, I had an issue with my in-house Nespresso machine so I went to front lobby to get a "pod" and use the lobby machine. I was told by the desk clerk it would be $ 4.00 for a pod. Or I could go back to my room and get one of the "free" ones in my room and come back down. I was I was a paying guest so why they wouldn't simply give me a pod is lost on me. Even if they asked to see my room card to verify I was a client it would have been better. Very poor service on this issue (I won't be back !!). We ate at the inhouse restaurant and while the food was OK we felt it was very overpriced for what we got. As well, none of the USB ports in our room worked. Caused us a major headache but such is life. Not sure if hotel checks them regularly ... but they should. We never called front desk as it was not worth it. Otherwise staff were friendly.Show More

Thanks also to the friendly staff at the reception and in the breakfast area. The breakfast was very extensive and was replenished quickly.
