From the moment we arrived at the DoubleTree in Lexington, we were treated like valued guests. The lobby is stunning—bright, clean, and welcoming—with that signature warm cookie waiting at check-in (such a nice touch!). Our room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the little details—soft lighting, great water pressure, and plenty of charging outlets—made the stay even better. The staff truly went above and beyond—friendly, professional, and always ready with a smile or suggestion for local dining. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options, and the bar area in the evening was a perfect spot to unwind. The location is ideal—close to downtown Lexington and just minutes from horse country and Keeneland. We felt safe, relaxed, and well cared for from start to finish. If you’re visiting Lexington, this is the place to stay. Elegant, clean, and filled with true Southern hospitality. We stay here usually 20 plus times a year and it’s the only place we stay at.Show More

However, I was surprised to learn upon arrival that the shuttle only operates until 9 AM. This time restriction was not clearly stated, and it caused a major inconvenience. Missing Amenities – During my shower, I discovered the hair conditioner was completely out. For a Hilton property, I expected basic amenities to be properly stocked. Incorrect Parking Charge – I was charged $15 for self-parking, even though I did not bring a car. I have no idea how this charge was added to my bill, and it’s frustrating that I now have to dispute it.Show More

She was so personable and friendly, inquiring about our experience and so engaging with us all. Even after check out, there was an issue with our bill and took care of that immediately and followed up.
