I don’t understand how this property has any decent reviews. I looked at several hotels before choosing this one based on reviews so hopefully this helps the next travelers. We arrived at the hotel an...I don’t understand how this property has any decent reviews. I looked at several hotels before choosing this one based on reviews so hopefully this helps the next travelers. We arrived at the hotel and noticed the large strip club across the street first. Then when we tried to check in there was no one at the check in desk, simply a note saying they were somewhere on property and to call the number to go to the restaurant. When you call the number the front desk phone rings. It was late and when someone did finally come to the desk we were given our room information and how to get there. They were kind and helpful. When we pulled around to our room we saw a u-haul surrounded by adults drinking and smoking loudly. We immediately headed to our room. We had our two dogs and one toddler in tow. The room was awful! We had a courtyard room and the list about this room that disappointed is long. The floors were dirty, blinds broken, fridge unplugged, no closets or drawers. One place to hang clothes next to TV but zero hangers. The coffee machine was filthy so we did not use. The phone did not work. The bathroom was nice but the towels were stained. There were children and adults in the halls all hours of the night. The entire place has signs everywhere saying it’s non smoking facilities but there are cigarette butts everywhere and even buckets in the courtyard for smokers to use that were full. Weed smell in the halls too. The pool was obviously hardly cleaned and the games broken. Show More

Everything is very clean, rooms are good sized, bathroom is a good size with nice amenties and awesome shower (it's a beautiful walk in, not your typical hotel shower). There is an awesome indoor pool that is in an area made to be a fun zone with arcade games, corn hole, swings, plenty of lounge chairs and rocking chairs. This is also a beautiful courtyard area that is fantastic for spending time outdoors playing games or just lounging. There is a nice looking bar (from what I saw walking by) that hosts live music. Check in was easy and quick, staff was nice and helpful. I live the barn door on the bathroom (in the room), and it's made to actually close well for privacy. Love the dark wood/rustic look, it's perfect for this area. The black walls and ceiling is a little too dark for me, but it goes well together overall. Reminds of barns and bourbon barrels but kinda upgraded in a way. Show More

It was not the cute new hotel I expected based on the pics online, the shower was weird, the mattress was pretty good but the best part of our stay was after we got settled in to bed, we found ANTS C...It was not the cute new hotel I expected based on the pics online, the shower was weird, the mattress was pretty good but the best part of our stay was after we got settled in to bed, we found ANTS CRAWLING ON US IN THE BED! We checked out early and found a different hotel. They wouldn't give us a refund or anything, telling us that because we booked through a 3rd party, we'd have to get it from them. Hotels. Com said they had to get permission from the manager at the hotel to refund... it was declined. So now I paid to SLEEP WITH ANTS, for a second night that I wasn't even on their property, AND a night at a different hotel so I didn't have to sleep with ants. Needless to say, I'm not very happy with my visit and would advise against staying there. Show More

The bed is comfortable. But the room has few outlets and no USB ports. The light in the the is not adequate. No lamps on the night stands. My husband and I both use a cpap machine and there was only 1 outlet behind the bed we could use for our machines. They should invest in lamp that have outlets and USB ports built in them. Also I was most upsetting there was ants all over the bathroom, counters and walls. They have a restaurant the waitress was not friendly she acted like we were bothering her. The food was not good. We will not be back. I do not recommend this hotel!!!!Show More
