I love the room, its size and cleanliness. I was agreably surprised by a bath with jets and a living room! Comfort and space!

7/10 A reasonable hotel. Nothing special but a very good location for meetings in Burnaby.
We were hosting a conference there and the support staff for the conference were excellent. The room I stayed in was just a very average hotel room. It does have a good location though.

Perfect room. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shine! The suit includes kitchen with all necessary utensils. We didn’t cook nothing, but it’s perfect if you will stay more than couple days 👌

The staff were great, excellent customer service by front desk staff like Mohammed and one other lady I forgot her name. Room was very clean, bed was cozy, bathroom was very clean with spacious bath tub. WiFi was great and restaurant was nice with great service by staff. Swimming pool was okay 👍🏽 especially the hot pool. Location was great too, very close to grocery shopping, malls etc
