False advertisement at its best! Rooms overwhelmingly smell like mold. We had to buy a couple of bottles of air freshener. Free breakfast? Sure. It consists of daily waffles, small bags of mini muffin...False advertisement at its best! Rooms overwhelmingly smell like mold. We had to buy a couple of bottles of air freshener. Free breakfast? Sure. It consists of daily waffles, small bags of mini muffins and stale coffee… DAILY! No eggs, no bacon, sausage… the main event is: WAFFLES. There are two receptionists that we feel should NOT be working with the public.… one is an older lady and the other one has a horrible pharmaceutical tint to her hair (Manager/Mirna), and they are both very abrasive and unapproachable. My question, if you don’t like dealing with people, why bother working here??? There are no computers for use as advertised. Place is very ghetto and very noisy. We are currently here for 10 days. This is now our fourth day and no one has come to clean the room or change the towels. We’ve been doing it ourselves and thank God we brought our own towels!!! There was 2 flooding incidents at which I laughed off the first one, but on the second incident there was no staff to mop or take care of the flooding incidents in my room and the immediate hallway. The receptionist basically gave me a bunch of old towels and I had to dry and mop up my own room!!! Mind you, I’m currently recovering from open heart surgery!!! The only shining light and plus part of our stay is a receptionist by the name of Valerie who has treated us with courtesy, respect and empathy. Aside from that, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER FOR THREE DAYS!!! People , sacrifice the extra dollars and stay across the street at Super 8!!
We definitely WILL NOT be staying here again!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

I approached the hotel “Manager” Mirna (which makes me wonder on how she possibly got this position) and as before, unapproachable, abrasive and unapologetic. Absolutely NO EMPATHY WHATSOEVER!! I tried to explain to her my situation in having been handed towels and blankets to swap up the flood in my room. But she was more concerned and “Ego-Hurt” regarding the previous review about her lack of professionalism and horrible pharmaceutical Hair Tint. I asked her if she had read the email that I had sent her, at which she stated no, but evidently she read my review regarding her managerial performance. She basically brushed me off, walking away, saying that she would advise “corporate”. Basically did not let me enter a word edge-wise, Adding that “she has had a bad week”. What about the paying customer? What about the two floods? What about me having to clean up after their mess because they didn’t have any staff available to take care of the flooding? People, Whatever you do, please stay far away from this hotel!!! The price is not worth the aggravation!!! Not to mention, my wife was bit by bedbugs. So, since there was basically no resolve from this “manager”, I will proceed to go around her and get a resolution. Mind you., I mentioned that I was recovering from open heart surgery Which involved cracking up my sternum. While cleaning up their mess, I kind of stressed out my sternum area and now it makes a cracking noise when I move around. Lawsuit pending? Gotta lawyer up And make it happen because this cannot stay unresolved. Again… STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!!Show More
