The first night my fam...This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I spent 3 out of 5 nights trying to find a return flight back home sooner than was scheduled. I cried about how I was treated. The first night my family and I checked into the hotel, the linens stored in the closet for the sofa bed were ripped and had stains on them. The linens in the main bedroom were dirty with stains and hair was on the bedding sheets, bathroom towels were torn and stained. I spoke with a staff person at the hotel desk the first day I was there and requested that the bedding be changed and I was told I would be charged $15.00 extra for the bed linens to be changed. I then asked to speak to a manager because I don’t remember seeing anywhere noted that there would be any additional fees except the $25 for parking. The hotel manager admitted that the hotel doesn’t list anywhere on their website or when you reserve a hotel room with them through a 3rd party company about charging extra fees. The bed linens were changed multiple times and each time I was still brought dirty linens including dirty towels. I took pictures of the dirty stained linens. The housekeeping staff was rude and one of them threw a bag of clean linens at my feet and walked away and never came back when I asked for the bed linens to be changed. I have never had such a horrible experience at a hotel before and gotten such very little sleep. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I was so grateful to leave there and return home. They didn’t want to take Apple Pay. They are non-cash site so I had to walk to find a place to upload the prepaid card so they can charge me incidental fees me and the property manager spoke about it. I left my daughter and son behind because we just came from New York City off the plane. It was her birthday. I didn’t wanna drag them in a hot sun down a long box her along with my one year-old son so I asked the property manager. Could I leave them in the lobby while I ran to go do it myself in the midst of me doing it the shifts must change and the head Security contacting me threatening me, telling me if I don’t hurry up and get back there that they’re gonna call the police because I left my children there in the lobby at me and the property manager already spoke on this situation. After that I rushed back. I felt very uncomfortable due to the way I was being treated. I still decided to stay because it was raining. I had my children we just came in from out of town. It was my daughter birthday. The day was basically wasted the very next day we had an issue with the room key after coming back from the pool we cannot access the room. We went down to the main office on multiplications they changed the keys and everything that was never an issue. It was a tech problem, so we all had to sit in our wet bathing suits for almost 3 hours until issue resolve.Show More

Some within walking distance. We left several times throughout our stay and most of the time every where we travelled was within 10 minutes. The amenities were great as we. We enjoyed all three pools during our stay. We were able to walk to them all with ease. Our favorite pool was the Bella pool. We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong that were in two of the pool areas. Each pool was stocked with towels for the guest. The pool bathrooms were nice and clean. You could smim late with pool closing at 11. The layout had plenty of seating, shaded areas and room to swim. I never once felt my space was invaded, uncomfortable or that I could not find a spot for my family. I also appreciated the signs that you could not reserve a spot with your belongings and leave. I really enjoyed the beauty of the grounds. Again the layout is perfect. Beautifully manicured lawns, botanical gardens, flowers galore and palm trees everywhere. Crossing spots and paths with clear directions around every turn. The bridges to cross from each section and the water features and views were great. Many great photo opp's. The staff from check in to check out truly make this resort top notch. We were greeted with smiles and friendly gestures from every person we encountered. We appreciate all their hard work. Because of this, nobody in our family was able to shower, and we lost the entire day we had planned to spend at the Disney parks. I went to the lobby to speak with a manager regarding a later checkout due to the situation. I spoke with Meyaka Marba (Operations Supervisor), who only offered a 30-minute extension despite the inconvenience to our family of five, including three children. Unfortunately, she spoke to me in a condescending tone and showed no concern for our situation or how she could assist us. I ultimately had to escalate the matter to Marriott Bonvoy, as I am a member. While the hotel itself was nice, my experience with this supervisor—and her lack of empathy for our circumstances—was deeply frustrating and left us feeling very disappointed.Show More
