I planned a short weekend to go to Florida Supercon 2025 at the Miami Beach Convention Center, but no matter how much I searched, Miami Beach hotels were too costly and almost everything was valet par...I planned a short weekend to go to Florida Supercon 2025 at the Miami Beach Convention Center, but no matter how much I searched, Miami Beach hotels were too costly and almost everything was valet parking. So I chose this Hampton Inn because it was only about a 30 minute drive, and it seemed to be more affordable and simpler experience. The stay itself was good. Checking in and out, the rooms, the service, all of it. The complimentary breakfast wasn't great, but it does what it's intended to do. But, that's not the only reason I gave this an "Excellent" review. Florida Supercon was average at best when I went on that Saturday (but that's another review for another place). On the way home, the alternator in my car failed near Haulover Park. When I finally was able to get it towed back to the hotel, I found that the towing company couldn't accept debit cards, so I needed cash. Still worried, I asked the Hotel clerk at the desk if they had an ATM, and she pointed me in the right direction. The next morning was a Sunday and my checkout day, and I found I wasn't going to be able to tow my car from Hampton to my home in Palm Beach County until Monday. When my dad came to pick me up, the hotel extended my parking permit from Sunday to Monday at no charge. Thank you, Hampton, for rescuing me. You're a sweetheart in a million. I'll definitely be staying with you again next time I wish to explore the area further. As for my alternator, I got it home and fixed that same Monday.Show More

la ubicacion del hotel para mi es muy importante y la considero excelente, sobe el desayuno es bastante bueno esta dentro de lo esperado y cumple con mis expectativas, la habitacion es comoda. en gen...la ubicacion del hotel para mi es muy importante y la considero excelente, sobe el desayuno es bastante bueno esta dentro de lo esperado y cumple con mis expectativas, la habitacion es comoda. en general el hotel esta muy bien pero creo que le falta un poco mas de mantenimieto en cuanto a su infraestructura como por ejemplo las alfonbars de los pasadizos estan un poco desgastadas y necesitan cambio de igual manera los asensores necesitan un mantenimiento general.Show More
