My wife and I stayed in a Junior Suite King room & balcony with some ocean view. We are very happy staying here. We have the best experience with the hotel staff and servers & bartenders at the on-site restaurants and the bars!! The food at S3 was excellent and their Happy Hour was an hit!! All the staff are friendly and professional. We will definitely come and stay here at Hilton next time we travel to Fort Lauderdale beach! The only thing we weren’t too keen on was the coffee/expresso pod machine in the room. The coffee didn’t taste good at all and we didn’t try the espresso. We probably are just used to the Keurig pod machine at home. We didn’t enjoy coffee that is too bitter and too strong. Even though right now is Spring Break, we didn’t have all the college kids around and the weather is perfect!

8/10 Petrone is excellent and I’m not talking about the tequila!
Our server Petrone, at the Hilton Ibiss restaurant is the sole reason Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Beach Resort has 4 out of 5 stars. We have stayed here 3 times, and all 3 times we have experienced problems, either with our room not being ready by the 4PM check-in time, or not having coffee cups in our room that comes with a coffee maker. However, the one stand-out star at Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Beach Resort is the Server named Petrone. We dined at Ibiss (located on the 6th floor, by the pool). She is an excellent server, but what makes her stand out is her genuinely-sweet personality. She is a ray of sunshine. When we look back on our stays at this resort, Petrone will be one of the ‘good’ things we recall about our stay there.

6/10 FANTASTIC hotel with services that are very lacking :-(
Like many hotels in the Hilton chain, the properties are absolutely beautiful. Spacious rooms, suites with incredible views and our suite had an amazing kitchen! That’s the good part.
Where everything falls apart is in the soft product. Horrible services. Dirty bathtubs, housekeeping that never comes when they say they will. In fact, sometimes we couldn’t even get housekeeping to call us back at all!
Would I stay here again? Absolutely… I’ve stayed here three times but I always come when I know there’s a good deal on Expedia. If I paid the full price, I would be very disappointed.
I am a Hilton Honors Gold member, but I find it I can get a better deal through Expedia especially by bundled with a flight package.

9/10 We enjoyed our stay
The room was exactly as expected. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I thought the room was quite clean, and we did enjoy the side ocean view from the balcony, and took advantage of it every morning. The staff was very kind and polite. Whenever we had a question, we felt taken care of. The entrance of the hotel and the lobby is nicer than in pictures.

8/10 Nixon and Luis are AMAZING. love orianna
Nixon and Luis are amazing, as well as Orianna and Te-Sayun on the 6th floor. Nixon and Luis were so kind and sweet to help us to the car with our baggage and made us laugh. Orianna made sure we were okay the whole time at the pool and checked on us. She has such a kind soul.

10/10 Amazing stay!! Kids activities were amazing
We had the most amazing trip ever!! Spent so much time at the pool. Our kids played with Cindy-Ann for three days and they loved her so very much :) The activities were daily at 10, 12, 2 and 4. They were sad when she wasn’t there Tuesday!! Definitely want to visit again.

Very clean, very nice staff, nice room. Liked the Marketplace in the hotel for snacks, breakfast and more. Loved being able to get espresso on site. The morning time server was so sweet. I also had an issue with my toilet in the room and they sent someone up to fix it and clean immediately. Pool was nice. Two hot tubs, drinks at pool bar were good. Food in the restaurant Sand, Surf, and Sun was delicious! Room was great, view was great!

3/10 I will probably not use this hotel again.
Once the room was changed it was a very nice experience for our guest. We purchased the room for one of our employees as a special spa weekend for all of her hard work.

We loved the breakfast! Concierge was excellent! We had an early arrival and they allowed us to check in at around 7:30 am for a small fee.Took care of our concerns and needs right away. They really want to make their guests happy! The staff all around were welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully appointed room. Very clean and comfortable. All staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Rochelle at the reception. She really made our stay very special with beautiful room overlooking the beach on 23rd floor. Will stay here again and cannot wait to return to Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach.
