The first room we checked into had a dead Beatle on the ground as well as a crushed up ant looking bug by the pillows on one of the beds. The second room we moved into had make up stains on the comforter. The rooms had visible finger prints and smudges everywhere. It looks like the cleaners didn't care to clean if it looked good to them to be honest, and I'm trying not to be a snob. I get it was spring break and seeing every room was sold out, you could afford to hire more staff if necessary to keep up with demands, value and reputation and satisfaction. Also the pool is way less luxurious then in the pictures. The space had different furniture than presented. I think its a good hotel if you're bringing kids under 18 but the pools weren't to my liking. The beach was great and it was cool to watch people parasail from my balcony. I loved that we were a 12 minute walk from the action with a parking space between the rowdiness and the serenity of our hotel on the beach. The sky walk is fun and good for pictures etc. and the food was impressively good and so was the service. I enjoyed all my bartenders and servers. Erica on the night bar is great.

5/10 The facilities outside of the rooms are great, the room being an enhanced king junior suite wasn’t worth the $350/ni
We arrived early from a cruise and while our room wasn’t available yet they did offer us wristbands for the beach chairs and towel cards for the pool and changing facilities and held our luggage for us

Overall location. Short Uber rides everywhere we wanted to go. Pools and beach set up were great. Nice place for a couple of days. We were on the second floor and had a pool right outside our door.

The staff were exceptional, from check-in to the bartenders at The Wreck Bar and Salty Siren. Very friendly and welcoming. The location was great as well. We loved having a balcony overlooking the beach.

Nice stay - couple of things they could improve on - 1 afternoon next to the beach pool area - 5 - 6 dads just watching the kids in the pool from the bar area / but the bar was closed - personally I could have sat there all night drinking spending a fortune but it wasn’t open - the other Dads also stated that the hotel
Must not like money… so we all left and found another bar across the road. School boy error for the hotel. We spent a small fortune that night - we would of preferred to spend it in the hotel beach bar not the lobby bar with no view (very loud)

We Love the location right on the Beach!! Near walking distance to where we want to be. The front desk staff is friendly . The cleaning crew is helpful and friendly. The beds are so Comfortable. The Mermaids at the Wreck Bar are Awesome. I don't think there is anywhere in US you will see this .

The property is very modern and clean. The Closeness to the beach really makes the stay a lot
more enjoyable. Friendly staff, especially very helpful front desk employee (I hate that I can’t remember his name) older man, very knowledgeable and made my trip what it was. All in all, I will be returning to the resort with family and friends.

1/10 Great if you’re a millionaire!!!
We booked a room, paid all the taxes and fees, we arrived and decided to upgrade our room to be charged further taxes and fees, also they take a $460 breakages deposit that doesn’t get refunded for 3-5 days, that’s a lot to be absorbed from your holiday budget, We will NEVER stay here again.

I liked that it was right on the beach next to shops and restaurants the only downfall was it was chilly and windy the week we went but much warm that 20 degree weather where we’re from I’d definitely go back!

Poor service, ordered at restaurant bar order was not right and then they said would get manager who never came. Food overpriced and never correct.

Good for a quick stay before boarding ship. We upgraded to a beach room but looked out to a parking lot. Toilet seat was broken, shower drain clogged. But we did get a free breakfast after complaining.
