My Husband and two boys stayed at this hotel for one night so my boys could go to a concert, I will say that it will have to be the only hotel available for us to stay here again. I was told check in ...My Husband and two boys stayed at this hotel for one night so my boys could go to a concert, I will say that it will have to be the only hotel available for us to stay here again. I was told check in time was 3pm. my husband and boys showed up at 3:20ish and were told their room was not ready and that they had to wait, 45 minutes later they were able to get their room, then was told there is a $40 parking fee that was not disclosed on the site ( only mentioned valet parking for $45 ) then the a/c in the room didn't work. The a/c was set on 68 and the room was still at 82 degrees, something was said to front desk and was told there were no other rooms for them, so they slept in an 80-degree room for the night. So needless to say, it was unbearably hot.Show More

What she failed to mention was that it was an all-male "pride party" and that our room was looking out almost directly over it. Please understand that lifestyle completely aside, the risqué behavior and speedos we observed from the window of our room indicated we would clearly not be taking our granddaughter to swim - it might have been nice to know that beforehand...they could have saved 3 wristbands and we would've asked for a room facing a different way instead of trying to explain to a 7 year old why she couldn't look out the window.
