This magnificent hotel was truly jaw dropping. Upon entering into the lobby, you definitely felt as though you had just entered a Palace. Upon entering into the lobby, you definitely felt as though you had just entered a Palace. The marble, antique furniture and gilding were just stunning. We had a small issue with the size of one of our rooms upon checking in. The front desk staff promptly found a solution and offered us a free upgrade to a suite to ensure we were completely happy. The entire staff at this incredible hotel went above and beyond to ensure their customers were taken care of. The restaurant was an experience. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Everything in the breakfast buffet was fresh, delicious and offered so much variety. Our stay at the Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace added so much to our Venice experience and made our visit to Venice more memorable. We will cherish those memories for years to come.
