Hotel is located in a nice area, with a lot of restaurants and bars in the surroundings. The hotel is beautiful, as if you are walking into a palace from 1500. Everything is up to the highest standards, looking at comfort and facilities in the room. But, most impressive is the staff! What an amazing people work there! The concierge part of the hotel is insane! They booked several restaurants, trips, also in places where it was difficult to get a spot. Also the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. Really on off the best service we had in an hotel. The backside of the hotel is at the canal, so you can ask the staff to arrange a private water taxi to take you to where you want to go. 2 streets further there is also a stop for the public water taxi, so also very close.Show More

Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Bad ist ebenfalls wunderschön! Frühstück wird serviert, es gibt Alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Auch der Hund ist willkommen ( in Italien nicht immer selbstverständlich!).
