I really loved my stay at Kasa, the room was lovely and very much looked the the pictures online. The room was clean and a great size. The room was clean and a great size. Only complaint is that it smelt heavily of bleach when I came in but atleast I know my room was cleaned. The property is contained within apartments and has a receptionist at all hours. There is a Amazon locker. Nice lounge area with a small cafe. There is a gym, outdoor swimming pool and outdoor lounge area. The accommodation is located a few minutes away from trains and local buses. There are shops and restaurants minutes walk away. I felt very safe in this area. I even went out at 3/4 am and I had no issues. What I really liked about this location is that, it wasn’t extremely busy like the city centre but still much going on. I did see in a previous review somebody complaining about the entry to the rooms and I must say at first it’s a bit picky to deal with but as soon as you know how it works it’s fine. I didn’t like that I wasn’t able to tell if the door was locked while I was inside but other than that no issues. Kasa provides a ton of information about the property and amenities. I really enjoyed my stay here. I hope to stay here again if I visit Chicago again. Thank you KasaShow More

It’s not a hotel, really. But, it was a 1-bedroom apartment including a room with a king bed, living area with a fold out, laundry with detergent, full kitchen with all amenities that included coffee, tea and sugar. The windows are floor to ceiling overlooking the MBI college campus and city views. The front desk staff are sometimes helpful and friendly, and sometimes not, depending who was working. It’s walkable to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, etc. Overall, this exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay again.Show More
