Parking...I originally made my reservation at this location by mistake, but thank God it turned out to be one of the best surprises ever! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. Parking: Convenient and easy, which made my arrival stress-free. Front Desk: I was greeted by a professional, friendly staff who immediately made me feel welcome. The complimentary water bottles were such a thoughtful touch. Room: Absolutely amazing! The kitchenette was a wonderful addition, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped. Even the hair dryer worked perfectly, which is not always the case in hotels. Breakfast: Standard hotel breakfast, but satisfying and a nice way to start the day. Amenities: The museum on-site is a fantastic feature that truly sets this property apart. Overall, this stay was far beyond what I expected. I would recommend this hotel to anybody without hesitation, and I will definitely be coming back in the future.Show More

Fantastic stay, may seem a little out of town but the Blue CTA line takes you direct from O'Hare to the hotel and once there the pink line is also a couple of mins walk away, giving access to most of ...Fantastic stay, may seem a little out of town but the Blue CTA line takes you direct from O'Hare to the hotel and once there the pink line is also a couple of mins walk away, giving access to most of the city. Medical District felt very safe to walk to and from train and arena. Reception Staff were brilliant and super helpful. Breakfast staff were great but a little understaffed. The rooms were spacious and clean with everything you would need. We had a Hyatt House room with kitchenette which was very handy. The bar had great food but take aways were across road so again really handy. United Arena was a 10 min walk away from hotel so went to Blackhawks and Bulls Games, great fun. Ideal location for a city break for us unless you want to be able to walk out of your door straight into the hustle and bustle of Downtown. Would definitely recommend and we will stay again.Show More

Every member of the staff I interacted was wonderful and so was the complementary breakfast. Bonus points for the fitness room, it was spacious and dumbbells went up to 75lbs. The drinks at the bar on second floor were great but I don’t recommend the food there. Around the corner of the hotel there’s a verity of places to eat. I was in town for a medical thing so I parked at the hospital which ended up being $8 ($13 unvalidated) and a 2min walk to the hotel. The overall architecture of the building was impressive.Show More

I really enjoyed the food—it was fresh, well prepared, and convenient during my stay. One of my favorite perks was the 12:00 PM checkout, which made my departure feel relaxed and stress-free. I also appreciated the historical touch, as the building was once Cook County Hospital, with memorable information displayed throughout. I would absolutely stay here again.Show More
