I did a lot of research before I booked this hotel and I can’t understand why all the reviews are so good. Our room was not ready at the 4pm check-in time and we had to wait an hour and a half. The room is bare bones. The bed has hardly any linens and when I requested a blanket, it did not come. The black out curtain is like a heavy plastic shower curtain and then there is a cheap sheer curtain in front of it. Nothing luxurious here at all. For $1500 per night you can do better.

10/10 Best stay in Miami
My daughter and I had the best experience on our vacation last week. The hotel is exceptionally clean and beautiful . The two pools are gorgeous with one geared more for adults. Pool side cafe serves excellent food.
The front desk staff were amazing. I rarely get to say that but all front desk staff were professional and so friendly . 10/10 stay- thank you.

High class hotel with great facilities
The service is very professional,
There is a bar and a indoor restaurant which are very good in quality and service.
You will find 2 swimming pools located 1 min from the amazing Miami beach.
Outside gardens are beautiful and the atmosphere is perfect

We had an amazing stay at The Miami EDITION! The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. The service was fantastic.
We had a great time playing snooker and bowling, which added a fun and unique touch to our stay. A special shoutout to Karill for his outstanding service.

7/10 Most of the staff at the hotel are the reason to stay there.
The room was located well and the design of the room great. The pool is awesome, except I didn't utilize since the weather was not great for that purpose.

The hotel on the outside doesn’t look like a 5 star hotel. The lobby was nice, full of plants, making it look very tropical. The corridor to the rooms was also very nice. Room was comfortable, spacious, and a had a big bed. A/C worked well.
It has two big pools with nice gardens.
The beach might be the best thing the hotel has, it’s big and clean. Sunbathing chairs and umbrellas were well kept.
Every now and then, at the pool or at the beach, someone passed by offering complimentary water, that was nice. Also every night, at the room, they left complimentary bottle of water.
Every morning, at the lobby there was complimentary coffee and other beverages.
Overall attention was ok, nothing above and beyond.
You can get to the hotel from the airport at the Miami Beach Airport Express 150 bus.

10/10 Fantastic Miami Beach EDITION
Fantastic Edition Hotel which was remodelled on the grounds of the great Seville hotel, opened in 1955.
Great Location. Amazing pool and beach .you can access the beach from the hotel. There is an amazing walk way .
The Market restaurant has great atmosphere and delicious food.
Had a truly fantastic time .

Location, staff, restaurants and bar were really amazing. Hotel Lobby ceiling looks questionable, as you walk in you expect to have things immaculate and on first glance it looks like it has yellow staining due to leaks but which is an eye sore. Other than that room size and layout was great although I felt from a design / interior perspective it was bland.
I would stay here again given the overall offering, but believe the hotel has an opportunity to level up based on some minor tweaks.

The room was SO spacious, the bath was enormous, the toiletries smelt beautiful, the hotel smelt even more beautiful. The breakfast we ate in the hotel restaurant was delicious and the staff inside the hotel at reception were really friendly.
