The pictures on your website was very deceiving about the room which was somewhat outdated when we arrived on 9/11/25. First night we were awakened by two adults arguing using Profanity. Called the f...The pictures on your website was very deceiving about the room which was somewhat outdated when we arrived on 9/11/25. First night we were awakened by two adults arguing using Profanity. Called the front office to complain and they sent up their security person. Second night the room was rented with 2 adults and 2 children. The parents argued, then left the children alone. Then the children started screaming at each other for 2 hours. Called the front desk again. Parents finally came back to the room then quiet. Third night the room was rented to two adult males that were drunk, loud, and using Profanity @ 3:43 am in the morning. Called front desk again to complain about being unable to sleep. None of the rooms were soundproof as described online. After 3 nights without sleeping we asked to be moved to another room. Eric the manager apologized and he gave us a suite. We wanted to rent the motorized bikes and was told the first hour was free to the guests. We rode the bikes came back within the hour and was charged by the company. A very lamed excuse was given but we weren't reimburse for the $30.00 charged to our credit card. We were given no form of compensation for our issues. Finally the suite that we got had no storaged, ceiling fan to help with cooling the suite, the restaurant next door played loud music until 11:30pm and the bed was very hard. I will think twice when with Expedia.Verydisappointed with our trip to South Beach or Gabriel South Beach in Miami Beach. Show More

But most of th...I appreciated that they honored my room category and provided us with an Oceanfront one bedroom since the standard one bedroom that we paid for was supposed to have a view and did not. But most of the staff were in attentive and slow. The rooms feel damp. It is incredibly noisy with loud music directly below the rooms until ver late (2am) and starts up again by 8:30. The music at the pool I clocked at 90 decibels making it hard to even enjoy a book. and dangerous for long periods of time. There was a used condom rolled off on the stairs between the building and pool and it stayed there all day til I mentioned it to staff. No one was available any of the 3 days to provide fresh pool towels or replace the white Terry cloth chair covers once they had been used by another guest. That was gross, and I still don't now where people get the pool towels. When I asked the staff wasn't helpful. But I don't speak goos spanish and they seemed put out. I have a random charge of $92 that showed up on my CC the day we left and called about it but I was put on hold for 20 minutes with no one checking in on me, then the phone went dead. I emailed but still no response. The food and beverage prices are overly inflated. Overall not impressed.Show More

We were provided a small room that wasn’t clean upon arrival so we were...This property had just enough that someone would need but it’s also lacking a lot of amenities that other hotel facilities have. We were provided a small room that wasn’t clean upon arrival so we were upgraded to a bigger suite. The suite was nice however, the wall plugs were loose so our chargers kept falling out of the walls. There was no smart tv so we were stuck with old shows or movies. The property also did not have elevators so we had to take the stairs each time we left. Luckily there was someone to help us bring our bags up and down. This property holds a $300 security deposit so I think the lack of amenities should be improved. Lastly, the valet service takes 20 minutes so we missed a reservation. That fee was over $100. Again, the property is nice if you don’t need all of the bells and whistles but I do think that there are better places to stay. Show More

Room soap dispensers are a disaster just avoid frustration and take them out of the holder to use. Basic rooms are small and have limited storage for clothes no place to hang wet clothes. They should put some hooks on the back of the washroom door. Rooftop pool nice but it is just a hot tub in the summer so avoid it and use the main pool for something more refreshing. Hotel use bikes are great hit. Beach chairs are offered but they don't have beach umbrellas so unable to enjoy the beach as a umbrella is a must have in the summer heat. One more warning the staff don't mention they have included a 20% tip on all your bills and then you have another option to add a tip! lol, so double tipping is common. Overall nice place. Show More
