The room had a comfortable big-size bed and great pillows — definitely one of the highlights.
The front desk and restaurant staff were generally friendly, although there were a few exceptions — some seemed distracted or simply unsure of what they were doing.
However, the room cleaning was far from efficient: a noticeable amount of dust on the coffee machine, bedside table, and lamp. At night, I found myself thinking my own house was cleaner than this hotel — never a good sign.
The bathroom was spacious, with a good shower cabin, but there were black mold stains in the joints. Small details, yes, but important for anyone who values cleanliness.
Also missing: a shelf for toiletries.
Only one pair of slippers and one bathrobe were provided, and strangely enough, the robe disappeared the next day without explanation — in a room booked for two people.
The breakfast was pleasant and light, not overly heavy or greasy, but the replenishment was poor — cups, eggs, fruit, and bread were often missing. Staff seemed more concerned with clearing the room at closing time than with serving guests properly.
And the worst part: trash on the floor, and staff literally saw it and stepped around it as if it wasn’t their problem. What a disgrace.
Even the corridors had fire extinguishers covered in dust, a clear sign that cleaning is treated more as decoration than as hygiene.
Other than that, I must again highlight the excellent bed and pillows.
Final note: ask for rooms facing the back, as the street-facing ones are quite noisy.Show More
