Mugs are good sized for a decent cup of hot drink. Air conditioners were installed in the lounge and both bedrooms. We didn't need them at the time of visit but would be really helpful in hotter and colder months. - Good size pools: 1 unheated, 1 heated & children's play pool, and 1 spa pool - Neighbourhood: A lot quieter and family friendly than Surfers, and yet both Surfers and Broadbeach are about 10min walk each way along the beach. Florida Garden tram station is 6 min walk away, while bus 705 to Pacific Fair and Sea World is literally 2min down the road. There's a cafe, fish n chips, and bottle store right across the road. The fish n chips were superb, had a great range of food options and our meals were delicious. - Management: all the instructions & signs around the building were well written and easy to understand.
