Second bedroom was very disappointing, there wasn't even a table in it, one plug near floor and had to charge phone on the floor, no light to turn off once in bed, had to switch on wall and get into bed in the dark. Entire unit very tired and old. Yes I am short 5'2" but couldn't reach one the the towel racks and the shower head was so high up I could not adjust it, neither could my room mate. There was a door over the fridge so had to open two doors to get anything in/out, and the door is off hinge and didn't close properly, and it did not open all the way so opening fridge door and getting things in and out was so awkward and a bit dangerous to be honest, especially if putting anything big or heavy in the fridge. Room was fairly clean just very dusty on the floor.Show More

The staff addressed this, along with other requests and issues, quite quickly. While things didn’t go perfectly— as can happen during any holiday—it was reassuring to have staff who resolved issues with care. The pool area is very large, and the apartment is equipped with all necessary amenities and utensils. All the essential small items—such as dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponges, toilet paper, and facial tissues—were also provided in sufficient quantity. There were plenty of towels, including pool towels and dish towels. The location is excellent for all excursions in Port Douglas and the Daintree National Park. The key handover after the reception had closed was easy and smooth. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, creating a warm, family-friendly atmosphere throughout the resort.Show More

The pool is fabulous. It is huge and was never busy during our stay, so very relaxing. 5 min drive to the beach (patrolled area) and 7 min to main shops and restaurants.
