We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful and luxurious hotel. Honestly, I can’t imagine what anyone could dislike here — everything was simply perfect! Our Room & View We stayed in room 2604 on the 26th floor, and the view alone took our breath away. We truly felt like royalty! The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a spectacular direct view of the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. Even when it was lightly raining, the scenery was magical. Every night we watched the fireworks over the Falls right from our window — an unforgettable experience. Booking & Value We booked two months in advance, so the price was very reasonable. We also booked two rooms: one overlooking the Canadian side and the other facing the opposite direction. Both views were absolutely gorgeous thanks to the huge floor-to-ceiling windows. The opposite-side room had a stunning sunrise view over the city. Hotel Lobby & Casino The hotel lobby is absolutely beautiful — spacious, elegant, and very impressive. There is also a casino inside. We didn’t gamble, so I can’t comment on that, but the atmosphere downstairs was refined and lively. Accessibility We were traveling with my father, who is disabled, and everything was perfectly accessible — both in the hotel and in the surrounding areas near the Niagara Falls park. It made our stay very comfortable and stress-free. Location The walk to the Falls takes about 10–15 minutes at a relaxed pace, which was ideal for our family. We stayed for two nights and managed to see everything we planned. Final Thoughts We are extremely grateful to the entire hotel team for making our stay so special. Large spacious hotel, sadly on America side of falls. There is really nothing on American side. We took a uber to discount village but many stores closed. (That said there was bargains to be had) ...Large spacious hotel, sadly on America side of falls. There is really nothing on American side. We took a uber to discount village but many stores closed. (That said there was bargains to be had) You can walk over to Canada side in under 30minutes. You pay a $1.50 to cross and need passports. There is more options on Canadian side to eat and for entertainment. The hotel is ok if you want to use casino but the restrictions for smooth movement around complex is difficult and frustrating. If carrying a bag or under 21 you are not allowed in casino ! you must have an escort, while understandable some staff were upset and angry that our 17-19-20 year olds had to come between hotel and eateries on other side of casino to exit complex. Very bad design !!! They should have walkway suitable or a more understanding staff. (There was some very nice and friendly security too, just not enough of them) Also no room keeping for 1 week we stayed. We asked reception for clean towels and were told to call house keeping ourselves. Breakfast in hotel was very limited at buffet so had a daily light breakfast at coffee shop on site. It was decent and fresh doughnuts amazing! Restaurants ok bit pricey for what was on offer. No comfy seating/ bar areas unless you like to smell of cigarette smoke! Swimming pool restricted use if under 21 which again was silly as my sons are lifeguards but were not allowed in pool before 9amShow More

Allerdings hatten wir auch eine Ecksuite oberes Stockwerk mit dem Whirlpool im Zimmer. Das Geld ist schon wegen dem Ausblick auf die Gischt der Fälle und den Aussichtsballon (sollte man nicht auslassen!) bestens angelegt. Zum Dinner waren wir im All-you-can-eat Restaurant und dort ist das Angebot so vielfältig (Getränke frei!) und erstklassig zubereitet, dass man nichtmal von allem kosten konnte. Ein Traumaufenthalt! Das Hotel spielt über der "Las Vegas Liga". Auch der Spaziergang auf die kanadische Seite und die Rückkehr in die USA war kein Problem. Absolute Empfehlung!Show More
