We were looking forward to a pleasurable stay and in the end it was OK but not to start with. We paid for an expensive room with lounge access and were given 652. Laid on the bed for 20 minutes and we...We were looking forward to a pleasurable stay and in the end it was OK but not to start with. We paid for an expensive room with lounge access and were given 652. Laid on the bed for 20 minutes and we both got a sore back . We noticed the bed caved in in the middle. The mattress should have been chucked out ages ago. We then requested a change to 668 and that was better. The lounge was very small. Seating for 8 around a table plus a couple of two seater couches otherwise you had to stand up and eat at a high table. The staff there were friendly and worked hard except 1 guy, don't know his name, started to pack up at 7.25 instead of 7 30. That was rude to put the food away before the scheduled close time. There was another guy who was fantastic who helped me with the nfl stats. Hopefully he will look up the aussie rules game of football. Sorry forgot his name too. The reception staff were OK but didn't get a real positive vibe from them. Whilst the hotel is close to the falls, it is convenient but it needs a major renovation.Show More

This was my first time there and it was Amazing. The front desk staff Oshane and Kenny were friendly, informative and very personable. My room was very clean and fully stocked. Bed was super comfy. My check out the next morning was smooth with a young lady "JB". She was so nice. And even the manager Kristy was very welcoming when I asked to speak with her. (Probably thought it was going to be bad lol) She was delighted to hear all the good things. I will definitely be returning. I haven't seen that many nice people at one business all at the same time. Great job!Show More
