Stayed for 4 nights, room not cleaned the whole time or beds made as housekeeping chapped door at 8.30am every morning whilst we were still sleeping and we were unable at that time to jump out of bed ...Stayed for 4 nights, room not cleaned the whole time or beds made as housekeeping chapped door at 8.30am every morning whilst we were still sleeping and we were unable at that time to jump out of bed because they wanted in, no offer was made to come back later as none of the housekeeping staff could speak English so didn’t understand us when we asked for them to return later. This was then followed about 20 minutes later by the person who checks missing items from the mini-bar, disturbing us again. We went to reception one day to check we were going to the correct bus station for our destination and the staff we approached were unable to advise us as to where the bus station was, although it was only 3 blocks away, and no attempt was made from them to look it up for us until a kind male member of staff stepped in and helped us. The only good thing about this hotel is the staff and food in the restaurant, The Library. The staff put 110% into ensuring we had good service, nice hot food, good cocktails and always had time to answer any questions about items on the menu, all very knowledgeable. I would avoid this hotel at all costs.Show More

The hotel is lovely, the elevators move quickly, the room was quiet, and the pillows and mattresses were comfortable. It took only a few seconds to get hot water in the spotlessly clean and brightly lit bathroom. Above everything, though, was the exceptional care we received from Monse at the front desk. She is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in securing reservations for us at several venues. Her patience and kindness were greatly appreciated. The only thing about the hotel that bothered me was the breakfast. I would have anticipated a breakfast buffet from a hotel of this size. Rather, our order was delivered to our table after we stood in a long line to place it. The food was disappointing. However, despite the pressure of taking many breakfast orders as quickly as possible, the woman behind the counter was pleasant, upbeat, and quite productive. The coffee barista was also incredibly fast and the lattes were good.Show More

I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to after my recent stay. I always do my research before booking, and based on the many positive reviews, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.The Library restaurant was absolutely terrible. I had to find my own silverware just to eat, the floors were filthy, and I’m not sure how any employee could walk by and not feel the need to sweep them. Both the service and the food were disappointing. As for the room, it didn’t feel clean, there were dirty towels with makeup stains and a yellow stain on the carpet under the floating nightstand. For the price I paid, this was far below standard.If you’re considering a hotel in Nashville, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This place was not worth even a fraction of what I spent.Show More

First of all the staff are REALLY FRIENDLY! They genuinely go out of their way to make you feel at home and to help. From the library restaurant staff to the valet staff and those that helped with bags and the housekeeping team. You are awesome. 😊This hotel has a great rooftop bar and is within walking distance of Downtown Nashville. We had a wonderful Executive King room and we dined for breakfast in the library restaurant each morning and the food was delicious. Homemade bagels, muffins etc and the coffee was fabulous. We’ll be back… it was a fabulous stay! Thank you Team Sheraton👏👏👏Show More
