The morning before I left to travel, i even called to ensure I would have a room with the changed dates. This was confirmed so I went ahead and left. after driving 4 hours I reached the hotel only find out that they canceled my reservation leaving me with no place to stay when I had a work expo I was required to attend at their location. I ended up staying at a roach motel and having to pay $37.00 a day for 2 days to park so I could attend my work function. My room was not the only mix up, if you have other options to stay in the Nashville area I would use your other options and leave this place alone. What gets me over everything, is the unwillingness of the staff to even help me when it was their mess up knowing I had no place to go.show more

Very small for two people to sleep comfortably. No complimentary coffee??? Toilet chain was broken in bathroom. Bathroom VERY small. Door lock jacked up. Rooms were clean, and that’s about the only positive. Elevators worked when they wanted to. Most of the trip had only one of the two available in service. Lights on elevators don’t work. I question the servicing and inspection of said elevators???? Poorly managed by Marriott/Bonvoy standards we are accustomed to. Very sad since this location has so much character and potential. (We travel a lot!) We would choose another option if ever staying in this area again.show more

The staff were all v...We stayed here for an extended weekend (Thursday to Sunday) and were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The hotel is quite large but well maintained and the bar area is very nice. The staff were all very friendly and the manager spent several minutes helping me apply a Marriott Gift Card to my stay which I really appreciate. One of the things that I was not sure about when I booked it is how far away the airport is from downtown but I was happy to discover that it was only about 15 minutes by car. We never once had any issues getting to downtown via Uber. There were a couple youth hockey tournaments in town so there were a lot of families hanging around the hotel especially in the lobby/bar area at night but the staff took the crowds in stride.show more
