Just as other reviews had warned, the front desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They spoke in their own language while slowly processing check-ins, making us feel like an intrusion rather than guests.
When we finally received our room key, we discovered the door wide open and cleaners only just beginning to service it. With my elderly mother who has mobility issues and luggage in hand, this was a very frustrating start. Returning to the front desk, I explained the situation — only to be met with blank stares, more chatter between them in another language, and no apology. Eventually, they handed me a new key with the same cold, dismissive attitude.
The second room was spacious and reasonably clean at first glance. However, details were neglected: crayon or marker scribbles covered the headboards, the mirror was cracked, the couch had food crumbs and droppings, and it was clear that while a “basic clean” had been done (bedding, bathroom), no attention was given to finishing touches or deeper cleaning.
Overall, the experience was disappointing. Between the unprofessional and rude front desk staff, and the lack of thoroughness in room upkeep, this hotel fell far below expectations. A real shame, because with better staff training and attention to detail, it could have been a much more pleasant stay.Show More
