I've never written a negative hotel review before. It's time. Booked for the night to attend Broncos game. We live an hour north. My wife and I arrived about 3:30. Intended to show and go to the game....I've never written a negative hotel review before. It's time. Booked for the night to attend Broncos game. We live an hour north. My wife and I arrived about 3:30. Intended to show and go to the game. 3:30, no rooms ready. It happens. We waited and asked at 4. Rude staff said they would tell us as soon as it was ready. No estimate. No explanation. 4:30. 5:00. By 5:15, we cleaned up in the lobby rest rooms and headed to the game. Left bags at from desk (they seemed annoyed by that, too). 6:45, we received an automated text asking how our room was. Replied we didn't have one. No response. Finally, 7:45 (half time) we received a text that room was ready. Things happen. Not this time. This was intentional sleaze. The Cincinnati Bengals had stayed at the hotel. They left about 3 PM. The hotel essentially double booked and didn't tell anyone. When asked when rooms would be ready, they didn't explain what they'd done or why they were just starting to turnover all of their rooms. They let us wait and waste time sitting in the lobby. Their failure to be honest and offer info denied us the opportunity to go across the street to another hotel to shower. We'd have gone to the game 30 to 60 minutes earlier had we know. Never an explanation. never an estimate. Never an apology. Never a reply to their own text message. Just pure, sleazy greed with no regard for customers. They do not deserve anyone's business and they cannot be trusted. They are close the sports stadiums. They did it to us. They'll do it to you. Views were great and the room was well maintained. There was a minor issue with plumbing and the staff did a wonderful job communicating with all guests and resolving the issue (there was no impact to us). Lastly, we had a blip receiving our welcome bag for the wedding, on our way out we checked to see if we could still grab one. Michael working near dining was so kind, going above and beyond to ensure we left with a treat. All staff was friendly and helpfulShow More

I’ve had McDonald’s better.
