They help you come in with your luggage and even ...Our experience and the Business Inn was above expectations. Check in was a breeze, the staff are great and coming and going from the hotel is so easy. They help you come in with your luggage and even stored our luggage past our check out time so we could do a tour of parliament without worrying about our bags. Breakfast was provided as eat in or 'to go' and was excellent with many options, fresh milk, cheese, fruit as well as protein like egg bites and sausages. The room was very spacious and clean and came with everything one could think of, even dishes and cutlery! Our room was so quiet at night, I couldn't believe it. The bed was very comfortable, the room had great lighting so we could get cozy at night. The price was better than most hotels or Airbnb's in the area yet our room provided much more than a regular hotel room. In the heart of down town this was a real gem of a find!! I will recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in downtown Ottawa.Show More

The rooms are quiet with excellent soundproofing, so you can truly rest and relax. The breakfast is great, and the service is consistently exceptional. Clean place! During our first stay, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Our second stay was simply a perfect, comfortable getaway. And during our third visit, our child accidentally damaged one of the paintings in the room. We immediately informed the staff, but they reassured us that it wasn’t a problem and never charged us anything extra. We were genuinely amazed by their kindness and understanding. It’s incredible how the hotel manages to maintain such a high level of service. We are very grateful and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended!Show More

Просторные комнаты, хорошая ванная комната, оборудованная кухня и интерьер соответствующий нашему вкусу. Огромный телевизор. Завтрак шведский стол с достаточным выбором и даже была овсяная каша. В холодильнике минеральная вода в свободном доступе. Одно из достоинств наличие прачечной стиральные И сушильные машины, гладильный шкаф в любое время. Стиральный порошок и салфетки с запахом свободно. Расположение гостиницы идеальное, центр Оттавы, много магазинов, кафе и достопримечательности города, парк рядом. Спасибо огромное всему персоналу и отдельно Альберту. Рекомендую.Show More

Abbiamo prenotato e pagato una stanza di 35 metri quadri, invece ci hanno dato un appartamento enorme, con un salone grandissimo, la cucina fornita di tutto, un bella camera camera da letto, comodissimo il letto, un bel bagno, la scrivania con il pc, armadi, tutto molto pulito. Parcheggio coperto accanto alla struttura. In camera da letto c’era anche una radio che trasmetteva i suoni della natura, come ad esempio il cinguettio degli uccelli, la risacca del mare, abbiamo dormito benissimo. Ottawa è una bellissima città e The business inn è un appartamento comodo e bellissimo, super consigliato.Show More
