We loved the location of the hotel, but more specifically the staff was very attentive, professional and lovely, and the room was very cozy and the bed and pillows so comfortable!

The location was perfect for our needs. We were in Ottawa for Winterlude and this location was easy walking distance to many activities, the skateway, a wonderful selection of restaurants, including Chinatown, and for all that it was still very quiet

I was disappointed the lightening in the room didn’t switch off. Somebody did vacuum cleaning in the corridor of my floor about 6.00pm. it was very noisy I couldn’t take a rest. I have been in many hotels but I’ve never meet such service

Without a doubt, the STAFF were, as always, exemplary ALWAYS willing to accommodate our needs. A room is a room is a room, however, the STAFF are what makes the difference. The lady from Chile, the gentleman from Casablanca, the soccer player, T6, and the lady in the restaurant who is attending Ottawa U, ALL of them are WONDERFUL. THEY make ALL THE DIFFERENCE!!

The entire staff were VERY accommodating to ensure that our stay was excellent.
The room was very clean and quiet.
At breakfast this morning, the waitress was excellent. Whatever she is paid, she is under paid. The meal was tasty and well presented.
This WILL be our go to hotel when in Ottawa.
Great location, EXCELLENT STAFF, reasonable price, very good bedroom.
