It was connected to the Rideau centre so no matter the weather we did everything we wanted.
The restaurant was right there and the food was delicious.

We chose to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary with a 3-day stay. Our room faced parliament, which we especially loved. The heavenly beds and linens were superb. Our celebration was made exceptionally memorable by the manager who gifted us with champagne and treats in our room. So, so wonderful in every respect.

The front desk and restaurant staff was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. The view from our room (2112) was fantastic, our dog loved looking out and watching everyone too! The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and we loved the "Pet in Room" sign for the door! It was a thoughtful addition and made us feel welcome with our dog.

10/10 The Weston made our getaway special
It was our anniversary and the hotel and staff went out of their way to make us feel special, from the welcome at check-in to some decorations in the room, the dipped strawberries delivered to our room, and the special treat the breakfast staff brought over. It made our stay memorable.

4/10 amazing staff and location lousy room did not meet needs of disabled guest......... hello expedia
the staff tried really really hard to accommodate wife's needs as a disabled person maintenance staff went above and beyond to assist as best they could ..... once again great staff once room issue was noted
they offered the correct room the following day but we had everything set up and she was not in a mood to move as we couldn't see the disability room first better the devil you know then the one you don't
she was content to stay in first room so my back is sore from transferring her ( no grab bars in washroom )
and we moved on with trip

9/10 Very pleasant. From the Valet people to Front desk agents. Oh even the young cleaning lady.
Requested Parliament View and what a view it was, thank you. We were there for our wedding night in 1984. A lot of upgrades made since then, thank you. Loved the bathroom.
And you elevators - very interesting. Haven't seen anything like it. And very smooth.

10/10 Fantastic hotel at great location for your family trip.
The location can't be better, right in the heart of downtown, walking distance to almost everywhere. The view from my room was breathtaking. Friendly and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast, one of the best in very long time. Large, comfortable rooms, great beds, ample bathroom. Parking right in the hotel was a great plus.
