Parking was ample, well lit, SAFE. The room was nicely updated, spotless, spacious, quality furnishings (older motel w/ basic door handle, huge front window, thick ceiling & walls. One can hear the highway traffic but not the neighbours). I was blown away by how CLEAN it was. The bedframe creaked lightly when I crawled into it (Which comforts me; I feel if they can move the bed easily then things are likely more hygienic, all around). The soaps were the refillable type/fastened to wall. The coffee was the 5 cup drip machine (the better type of coffee maker; they know what they’re doing here). The mini fridge has a separate freezer compartment. The microwave was also substantial/upper quality & spotless. I had the best sleep knowing I was safe, the car was safe, & I’ll be back …It was the best roadside motel experience I’ve ever had tbh. Did I tell you how spotless it was? HIGHLY RECOMMENDShow More

A sign was posted in the door that said to be patient as the person was away from the desk, though the staff member was sitting there. There was no greeting, I provided my name and he demanded ID and credit card, which you normally present. Then he told me they don’t accept the type of credit card I had and that without another credit card we would have to go somewhere else. Thankfully we did have another credit card. The staff continued to be rude and when asked simple questions he snapped at us. I have stayed here many times before and have never had a problem but will never come back here again. The room wasn’t the cleanest, there was no body wash in the dispenser in the bathroom and no Kleenex though I would be hesitant to touch the dispenser because it’s covered in spots. Show More
