Our room was very big and had lots of room enough for the 3 of us to not worry about bumping into one another.
Our room had a patio and a beautiful view. The staff was very nice and friendly. Easy to talk to. Location worked well and they even allow you to keep you vehicle on their property after you check out until 4pm so if you still want to explore after you check out your car and stuff can be safe still.

9/10 Great location, views and service!
The location, staff and service was excellent! The room was clean and well maintained. The Executive Suite 1602 was spacious had a great balcony and beautiful views. The shuttle service was quite helpful to get to restaurants in the city.

Can’t get a better location then here! Very nice rooms, we got room service and it was delicious and still hot when arrived! The pool was great! Overall we had an amazing time and will for sure be staying there again.

I loved the entrance and the front lobby sitting areas; the navy blue sitting chairs are gorgeous. The front desk staff was amazing and welcoming, and super helpful. I believe her name was Pamela; amazing to interact with for each one of our group(4) at different times during our short stay. Our room was clean and relatively quiet considering the location.

The building is well situated, staff was friendly and the view from the restaurant was great. It was clean and served the purpose of the trip.

We absolutely loved this place. We had a one bedroom suite on the 15th floor and it was spacious and the views were stunning. Loved that we could connect to Netflix on their tv too.
We went for breakfast both mornings we stayed there up to the 18th floor in their restaurant called Vista 18. It was so wonderful. The staff at the restaurant were exceptional. The food was delicious, the cappuccinos were incredible, and considering the view, location, and quality of the food, the prices were affordable.

9/10 Such a nice hotel with amazing staff!
The staff were so friendly and helpful! We arrived very early since we got a 7am ferry from Vancouver, and they let us check in right away which was so lovely. I know some hotels don’t allow that. We also upgraded our room with no issues, since the first room was facing the parking lot. It was a really nice stay. Probably the nicest hotel stay I’ve had. The pool and hot tub were awesome, and we slept like babies. Thanks guys! We’ll be back! :)

Perfectly located hotel. Incredibly nice staff.
The suite upgrade was nice, very well appointed, and having the kitchenette enabled me to prepare my own breakfasts and a few other meals.
The view was fantastic.
The pool and hot tub were lovely (under an ample skylight), the gym well equipped.
It was also great to be in a locally owned hotel.

10/10 Great location, friendly staff, comfortable stay
The staff was super friendly, in particular the concierge who greeted us and gave dinner recommendations. We were on the 15th floor of the hotel facing south and had great views of the ocean and sunset. Parking was very easy (I think it was $20 Canadian for overnight which was reasonable) and access to the car was quick in case you needed to grab a few more things. A very comfortable stay. Also, a quick walk from Beacon Hill Park which is just so lovely to stroll through.

8/10 Location in great, hotel is very clean and staff are wonderful.
The location was excellent. Easy walk to the harbour, parliament building and lots of restaurants.
The pool are was nice and very clean. Our first room was noisy due to laundry services but they moved us quickly and the second room was very nice and quiet.

first off we loved the location. we loved many things about the stay. the staff were very nice , the lobby is beautiful. the room smelled so clean and fresh when we arrived. we used the pool, it was great. the hot tub was incredibly hot, a bit too much. restaurant was yummy and very nice.

The location is exceptional. Easy walking to so many wonderful restaurants. It is a beautiful hotel with a great restaurant on the 18th floor and also a lounge for cocktails.

We found the staff particularly friendly at this hotel and really appreciated how accommodating they were with our requests. The hotel was also clean and had very comfy beds. A good choice for the price.

Lovely spacious suite close to harbour area. Really comfortable bed and whole apartment very clean. Room was serviced daily. So nice to have so much room to relax in after days spent sightseeing. Staff very friendly and welcoming
