The room was spotless, the bathroom was pristine, the bed was very comfortable and the sheets were high quality. We had fun watching the action in the harbor as well as horse drawn carriages that would stroll by our window in the evening. We enjoyed the updated minimalist decor in the room with laminate flooring and beautiful photographs on the walls. The front desk staff member named Eshu went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. We were able to get early check-in and some chocolate, nuts and sparkling water to honor a birthday. Parking in their free lot was perfect. This hotel is well situated to have high tea at the Empress, shop, do whale watching or explore the waterfront trails. We loved it and highly recommend staying here!!Show More

I've been going to Days in in the harbor in Victoria BC for over a Decade, and the last 2 times have been horrible dirty sheets , hair in tub and on body wash and toilet. Stayed 4 night never asked if...I've been going to Days in in the harbor in Victoria BC for over a Decade, and the last 2 times have been horrible dirty sheets , hair in tub and on body wash and toilet. Stayed 4 night never asked if I needed anything nor tempted to clean the room when I showed the creepy Manager (Daryl) he told me my standard are to high for a hotel like that. That was the dumbest thing I've heard after a decade of going there he died not take pride in his position nor cares about people's feeling he raised his voice with me and made me feel like crap in front of customers and his workers . I will never step back in there and also emailed a few teams that I know stay there when they travel to Victoria and dane with others I've referred to this place but let them all know this place has gone to Sh"*t sadly..Show More

Open view was great! The bed was great. TV was horrible there was nothing but new stations to watch and the smart TV wont let you Bluetooth your phone to the TV just your music.
