The room (harbor view suite) was very comfortable with 2 balconies! We had a beautiful view of the inner harbor of Victoria and a view of the BC Parliment building which was lit up at night. Easy walking to numerous restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet, although the ferry horn could certainly be heard in the daytime. Nice restaurant - Victoria is somewhat pricey and the hotel is no different. Listened to live jazz in the lounge.Show More

We arrive early about 10am from the ferry. We realized that we early for the normal 4pm check in time. Tina at the front desk said she would housekeeping to help. We left the hotel, explored victoria,...We arrive early about 10am from the ferry. We realized that we early for the normal 4pm check in time. Tina at the front desk said she would housekeeping to help. We left the hotel, explored victoria, had lunch and returned to the hotel. Tina was able to get us into a room at 1:30. Thank you Tina for your good support. Tina abd the rest of the staff are part of why we always stay at Hotel Grand Pacific when visiting Voctoria. The rooms are well appointed and clean.Show More
