As we stayed for 2 nights on a weekend we paid extra to have an upgrade to a lar...Super friendly, happy & welcoming staff. Centrally located to Flinders St station, Crown, Southgate and Bourke St Mall. As we stayed for 2 nights on a weekend we paid extra to have an upgrade to a larger Riverview suite. The suite is spacious with separate full kitchen, dining and lounge. The large en-suite bathroom with shower over bath was also spacious. The busy riverside railway city had plenty of activities to see, do or watch from your balcony door - steam train, helicopters, rowers & Christmas lights. The lifts are spacious. The double pane glass in the bedroom assists with the railway noise. Daily house keeping was a bonus. Plenty of great city and river views from the closed balcony door - day and night. Upgrade to higher floor and king size bed was pleasant. Bonus no parking fee. Thank you.Show More

They have upgraded the room without asking, but the upgraded room wasn't really good, so they upgraded to River view room which was nice.
