I have many issues (hope not) but suddenly this is.. nowhere is mentioned about you need to pay an extra fee during the permanents to clean the room(40$) and you can get 1free only if you book more th...I have many issues (hope not) but suddenly this is.. nowhere is mentioned about you need to pay an extra fee during the permanents to clean the room(40$) and you can get 1free only if you book more then 7night At the check-in was only 1towel each person no any shower floor towel, no any face one ( we need to ask and they give us) so at the moment of the check-in the room was not pretty much ready for the new guest’s! Kitchen poor in Plates, Cutlery and stuff for use ! There was a door connecting to the room nearby and was not locked with any possibility of locking. WiFi slow and the smart TV was not connected with any platform for watch a movie (u need to use your own) The property It’s all connected and opened by a magnetic card and in the middle of my staying my card was not abilities to use so I stuck out of the room cause they not give me the right one cause they wrong with my check out ! ..(but if you lost or you need to call in emergency in the hours of no reception services you must to pay 350$ fee) that’s crazy Reception not 24h When I leave the place they want to charge me 200$ for fee cleaning, but after I go back and need to spend time of my life to try to not be scam we arrive at 70$, but was absolutely no sense Room was clean was just towels dirty and some dishes, the rest was a Normal clean routine before a new guest coming in!Show More
