I paid in full months before and received absolutely no communication from the hotel or Orbitz. Took four days of back and forth terrible communication from Orbitz to finally get a refund. Even if the hotel is up and running, DO NOT BOOK. The water main break happened weeks before my arrival and no communication. Shady. Lucky I was able to get there early enough in my stay to find a new hotel.Show More
