From the very beginning we had issues with this property. There was an older woman at the desk that expressed irritation, to the customer ahead of us, with our cooing baby. I understand. Not everyone likes children. That’s fair, but it’s completely unprofessional to speak [nastily] aloud about your disdain for them. Especially to paying customers who have been reassured that establishment is family friendly. Another concierge, Amy, saw the situation and attempted to intervene. She was very kind and professional, and got us checked into our room smoothly. She was also very apologetic for her co-worker’s ignorance (which she shouldn’t have been). That put such a bad taste in our mouth from the beginning. The room was extremely dated AND HOT. The bathroom had seen better days, but it was clean. Since we were only staying a couple of days, I didn’t make a huge deal of it…but so many other things happened in that small amount of time that really ticked me off, including random hidden charges upon check-out. I wasn’t going to leave a review, because I don’t like leaving bad ones, but maybe I can spare another family some disappointment. Not like they care, but MY CREW WILL NOT BE BACK!Show More

Although the room size was large and we could move around it was really run down the carpet was fraying and the headboards were peeling. As for the valet it was a joke! I was told when I pulled up in an accessible vehicle they aren’t allowed to park that type of car. They also told me that clearance was 6’ I could find self parking g if I could find it with the game and a concert going on. They offered to park it on the street but no promise it wouldn’t be messed with by homeless people exact words! After finding my own garage to park it in they magically could fit it in the other the 6’6” clearance. The handicap button on the only door to get in with a wheel chair was broken and they put the luggage carts on the ramp. Just a total shot show! It was walkable to the game. Show More

The first room we walked into had drywall powder and painters tape in the bathroom, which is the only reason I gave 4 stars for condition . I called the front desk, and they quickly moved us to another room. That room was perfect. The only "problem," and it wasn't much of a problem, is that the towel bar was very loose. It fell off when I touched it the first time, but I was able to put it back up easily. The bed was super comfy and the room was clean and neat. The whole hotel smelled good, like clean laundry, which I appreciated. All of the staff was super nice, especially the lady who checked us in. I wish I had gotten her name! Also, I got coffee in the morning from the little cafe there, and that was also awesome! Nice strong coffee and some delicious croissants! That was actually our 2nd stay here, and if we're ever in the area again, we'll stay here!Show More

The room was poorly maintained black grime down the wall from the vent, a peeling/scratched headboard, loose towel bar, mildew and bad caulking in the tub, misaligned sink handles, and a peeling smoky film on the window. One of the main reasons I booked was to enjoy the LB Sky Bar, but service there was equally disappointing. After ordering wings and drinks, the cook left the wings sitting uncovered for over 15 minutes while scrolling on her phone. No one brought them or called out our table number, so I refused them when finally told they were ready. The only positive was the friendly front desk associate, Ashley. Otherwise, this stay was not worth the money, and I will not return. Prior to doing this review, I sent a message to the hotel directly. They have yet to respond. Show More
