This is my first time staying at CY by Marriott Taipei as I am on business trip and the hotel is located close to most of my business meeting!What I like most of the hotel is it’s convenient location ...This is my first time staying at CY by Marriott Taipei as I am on business trip and the hotel is located close to most of my business meeting!What I like most of the hotel is it’s convenient location on top of the MRT and High-Speed Rail station, and it’s connected to a shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and shops, which makes dining and getting around very easy. However, it’s still a bit of a distance from Taipei city center, so travel time to popular areas can be longer. Overall, the hotel is comfortable with good facilities, and I was upgrades to the deluxe suite for my entire stay (due to my platinum status) and really appreciate the management for the kind gesture. We have a very pleasant and positive experience from this stay, largely due to the excellent and proactive experience from their staff like Raye, the manager at the 30th floor Club lounge, Annie from the ground floor reception and Andrew who is manning the traffic at the lobby driveway. I will not go into details but these people really go out of their way to make little exceptions, proactively offering their help and assistance with our reservations that makes our stay so pleasant. Kudos to all the staff at this hotel and we will certainly choose to stay there in our next trip.Show More

At the site the staffs were polite, courteous and show willing to help with enthusiasm. The club lounge was spacious and the staffs were polite, friendly and helpful. This property is located at the joint of Taiwan Railroad Station, High Speed Railroad Station and subway station. It is very convenient to reach other places in Taiwan; of course all those famous landmarks in Taipei. My wife and I enjoyed the stay and would certainly revisit this place next time we visit Taipei.Show More
