Location: Hotel is at Zhongxiao Xinsheng MRT station serving two lines and that makes it very easy to get around Taipei with minimal transfers....Very convenient, clean, good size room, friendly staff. Location: Hotel is at Zhongxiao Xinsheng MRT station serving two lines and that makes it very easy to get around Taipei with minimal transfers. Only downside would be lack of places to eat within a short walk. Room: Our room was spotless. The size of the room is pretty good even though the hotel is a Japanese chain, the room sizes seemed bigger than a typical Japan hotel to us. Our room came with a baby crib which was comfy and our little one got lots of sleep in it. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. From the warm welcome when we arrived to daily greetings when leaving and entering the hotel. They helped book a taxi for our return to TPE airport as well as notified me via email after we checked out of some items we purposely left behind but didn’t throw in the garbage because we didn’t need it anymore. I have never been at a hotel that would notify guests of items left behind so that was a first and a great service. Lounge on floor 2 offered free cold water bottles, ice with buckets to take back to room, free coffee, and a nice space to kick back and relax on a couch when you’re tired of your bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!Show More
