this motel is right in the middle of all the action. It’s a one minute walk from the free concert clamshell stage and steps away from wonderful restaurants. It is also a few steps away from the beach ...this motel is right in the middle of all the action. It’s a one minute walk from the free concert clamshell stage and steps away from wonderful restaurants. It is also a few steps away from the beach and the ocean. No schlepping your beach chairs across a large property. The walls must have excellent sound barrier because there was nothing waking us up during the night or early morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Just know you have to pay for parking. $20 a night. But it is right up to the building so you can literally park feet away from the back door of your unit. The rooms are very spacious. Probably the biggest hotel rooms on the boardwalk The patio on the front of the motel facing the boardwalk and the water has picnic tables, umbrellas and lounge chairs. All for your use. We met our neighbors out there and stayed up late people watching. We have stayed in many places in Hollywood from the Marriott to condos to cheap motels. The Diane is our favorite..Show More
