I wasn't sure what to expect from this hotel but was pleasantly surprised - rooms are clean and modern, the breakfast was terrific, and there were so many attractions within walking distance for ease. There was one significant drawback, as noted in previous reviews - and that is the VALET parking. It costs $38, and despite requesting our car 30 minutes in advance and promptly attending the lobby to get it, the staff member ignored our presence in the lobby with his back to us, then when we asked for our car, he walked us out a back door to the parking lot for us to go start and drive our car out of the lot ourselves while we also managed our luggage. It was shocking and disappointing to pay for the lack of assistance in the valet parking!Show More

The breakfast was very good. I want to highlight the personnel, which was absolutely amazing with us. Our flight was leaving on the evening, and even though we had already checked out they stored our luggage and let us use their facilities before leaving for the airport. It was really really nice stay, I would recommend this hotel to everyone going to Calgary.Show More
