This hotel is in a great location within walking distance from the Falls and several restaurants. All staff we encountered were courteous, helpful, and efficient. The hotel is very clean and brightly decorated. The carpet in the hallways and in our room appeared new. There is a nice outdoor patio area where we were able to relax and enjoyed drinks after walking around the Falls all day. The breakfast area was spacious and clean with typical free hotel breakfast offerings. Our room was clean and spacious. It was well laid out and had lots of storage space. My husband is a full-time wheelchair user. He is able to take care of his personal needs when in an environment that is wheelchair accessible. We have been traveling together for over 40 years. My comments on accessibility are for information only in hopes that it may be of help to others. We stayed in an ADA wheelchair accessible room with a roll in shower. The bed in this room was way too low and the mattress too soft for anyone with mobility issues. My husband could not get in and out of the bed without assistance. The shower was much small than we encounter in most hotels which is a positive. The smaller shower made it easy to reach the shower adjustments and amenities without difficulty. The shower curtain came all the way to the floor with a rubber lip on the floor at the entry. This made it possible to take a shower without soaking the floor. My only complaint is that the shower floor was very slippery. We had to put a towel on the floor for safety purposes. We enjoyed are stay and would definitely stay here again if every in the area.Show More

It is an adequate place to stay for tourism and business. The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We got the "suite" which was just room for a couch, so I wonder if the regular rooms were really small. Even with the suite the room wasn't big. Breakfast was standard hotel/motel fare, but it was crowded in the mornings and the food was crammed into a tight area, so getting food was an ordeal and they often ran out and it took a long time to replace. One time they never did refill the coffee, so no one got coffee that morning. There was a pool but we didn't use it so I can't comment. The location is not great. It's maybe 3/4 mi from downtown and the falls. There is very little in walking distance and the neighborhood is sketchy, so walking for dinner or a late night drink is not a good idea. They charge a lot for parking even though they have a big lot and the neighborhood is full of empty streets and abandoned lots, so they can't say space is at a premium. But in the most important ways, it was a good place to stay and I would stay there again.Show More

So fresh and greatly appreciated their hard work and sweet smiles. Riginal and her mom Maria make a great team. Wish every breakfast could be so easy and yummy. The Housekeeping Staff are always greeting me when I see them. I had one issue with a room, and it was addressed at my convenience (I was in and out for work). I really appreciate the prompt resolution (issue was not a deal breaker, noting to commend the immediate resolution). I have another 2 week stay coming up for work. This hotel takes the dread out of my work travel and hotel stays. And love that there is always hot coffee available!Show More
