It’s supposed to be a a security deposit for our 1 night stay at the hotel, I called them why they didn’t refund the full amount of $100 for the deposit and Im seeing the charge of $32.70 initially th...It’s supposed to be a a security deposit for our 1 night stay at the hotel, I called them why they didn’t refund the full amount of $100 for the deposit and Im seeing the charge of $32.70 initially they say it’s were charged because of additional 1person-I disputed it to them, I advised them when I booked the room I put for 4 people, and that’s how many we are when we checked in and checked out-they can use their cctv to check if they want too,why charging people without their knowledge? They said they will refund it back on the same they I called them, but it’s been more than 2 weeks now and it’s showing in my creditcard, i tried calling them last week same thing they will refund me but it’s still there, I am thinking of complaining them-it’s not just the amount, it’s why they charging and accusing people and the hassle.Show More

Anmoi checked us in and another gentleman checked us out - they were both friendly and welcoming. Anmoi was so cute and he even offered us a welcome drink, which was a nice surprise. Hotel appears older but relatively well-maintained. Our room appears clean, and the mini fridge works, but their trash cans had no liners. We did not hear any noise during our stay and we slept well. But the shower head was low for someone over 6-foot tall, and we were almost locked inside the bathroom as the door knob was jammed (room 427). Airport shuttle needs to be prebooked with the front desk at check-in for airport departure, and leaves on the hour and was punctual, although it took about 25 minutes at 5am in the morning for us that day, and driver did say that it could take longer during peak hours. Airport shuttle is shared with Element hotel next door. Area is near Sunridge Mall, including lots of other shops and restaurants on the Bus 19 loop.Show More

Was easy to get to. Clean hot tub was good. The king bed was horrible it was like sleeping on the floor.
