And to all the staff — If you’re seeing this, I really want to say thank you. Yes… it’s about the package. I’m so sorry for all the trouble I caused. After I sent a package full of special souvenirs back to Japan, I found out it had been returned to Canada because of a shipping issue. I was devastated. Inside were things my mother had bought for me — things that couldn’t simply be replaced, no matter how many times I went back to PEI or how much money I spent. At that moment, you reached out to help me, like angels. You didn’t have to, but you did — and you made it possible for my package to return safely to Japan. Thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart. I will never, ever forget you, or what you did for me. From Japan, I’ll keep praying for your health and happiness every single day. I’ll be sending a small gift to show my gratitude — and I hope one day, I can see you again. No matter how many times I say “thank you,” it will never be enough. The location is absolutely perfect—quiet, charming, and just a short walk to downtown, the waterfront, and many great restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. On site laundry was a bonus! One small suggestion: for guests staying multiple nights (we stayed 4-5 days), it would be nice to see a bit more variety in the breakfast menu. While the food was tasty and fresh, a few changes throughout the week would have made it even better. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time at The Harbour House and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting PEI. Looking forward to coming back!Show More
