8/10 Quaint stay with great staff
I came to the establishment for St Patrick's Day weekend. I was greeted by Kya, Richard and Moises. They gave great service! They made me and my friends feel welcome! They provided recommendations for food and things to do downtown. They accommodated us with room necessities. Said in the restaurant was great as well! My only complaint was that the rooms were a bit dated. The bathroom was smaller than we would have liked. The room could have been more clean. However, we had a great view. The housekeepers were really nice and courteous of our space. We enjoyed our stay because of the staff.

10/10 A great hotel in a good location.
A superb hotel. Clean, comfortable, with staff who were welcoming and tremendously helpful.
The room was perfect and the bed so comfortable.
Location is another plus. One block from a T station, and only yards from a hop-on/hop-off bus stop made moving round the city a piece of cake.
Delighted to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to satay in Boston.

Great hotel and location! Love that there’s a full gym that guest have access to and Singh was so welcoming and thorough at the front desk during my check in!!! I would stay here again and highly recommend if you’re in Boston for business or pleasure!

Zeila at the front desk was super helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond! Customer service overall was really great. The meeting space and AV team were very accommodating as well. Would definitely host a small group meeting here again in the future.

Moises and Richard at the front desk were so helpful! All of the staff I interacted with were very kind and attentive. The hotel is cleanly and in the three years I’ve been staying here, I’ve never had a complaint. Would definitely recommend!

Great place it’s a old building but it has a modern look throughout the hotel. It’s a big plus that it has a in house restaurant and bar. Not to mention the great downtown Boston location.

I messed up my reservation - I made it online and didn't realize that after some searching the site defaulted back to the current date. When we showed up at the hotel, we had no reservation (the one I actually made was over two weeks past)l Alberto (MOD?) and registration person were incredibly kind and helpful. They arranged a new reservation and a lovely room for us. They even managed to make me feel okay with making such a huge mistake!

The hotel was in a perfect location for us to walk to Boston Common to watch the New Years Eve fireworks.The hotel lobby was beautiful and the restaurant for breakfast was perfect. The staff in the restaurant were extremely kind with our children, and the front desk, and valet parking staff were very helpful. The room was a standard queen and was small, as was the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again but in a larger room.

Location and access to subway was fantastic. The room was very clean. Property overall was great and staff super friendly. Proximity to parking was also fantastic. Option for Valet is also nice.
